Create a Campaign

We have outlined a step-by-step process on how to create a campaign.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Netaq’s client portal and go to Campaign Creation.

Step 2: Fill out all necessary information regarding your campaign to filter and segment the users you are targeting. The information needed is the following:

  • Gender
  • Age
  • Campaign Locations
  • Nationality Targeting
  • Date of campaign
  • Time of campaign

Step 3: Compose your SMS campaign message.

  • Maximum of 700 characters (refer to the FAQ for questions regarding special characters)

Step 4: Read and understand Netaq’s Terms and Conditions and then hit the check box to confirm your consent.

Step 5: Submit your campaign request.

Step 6: Check your email inbox, junk, or spam.

  • You will receive a campaign request confirmation email within 12 hours together with your order summary
  • Shortly after, you will receive Netaq’s quotation for your campaign via email.

Step 7: Check the quote summary thoroughly before accepting Netaq’s offer.

Step 8: You will receive an invoice via email after accepting the offer.

Step 9: Pay the amount due for the campaign on or before the due date indicated on the invoice.

Step 10: You will receive a payment acknowledgment email and Netaq will send out your campaign.

Step 11: After successfully sending your campaign, Netaq will notify you via email.

Step 12: You will then receive your final invoice after the campaign has been sent.
