Yes! Although the Netaq interface only works in Arabic and English, you can still send messages in up to 20 different languages.
You may include any link in any SMS campaign you would like. However, there are a few considerations:
- Links may take up much of the 160-character limit for SMS. If you include both link and text, it may result in two SMS messages instead of just one.
- Companies often use link shorteners to limit the character count impact of a link. However, if you send a shortened link through a long code, carriers may block or deny the message because they might deem the link redirect suspicious.
- The good news is, Netaq has its own link-shortening feature with click-through analytics.
There are three common SMS use cases that Netaq does not currently support:
Two-factor authorization

Phone calls
Make sure the content is relevant to the relationship and what the user has opted-in to receive.

- We bill by the size of the campaign, which you can choose under the packages list.
- If your campaign segmentation results in a number of people lower than the campaign size you bought, you will get a credit to your account for those messages and you can apply them to a later campaign.
Yes, you can create multiple campaigns within your client portal.
No, you can send as many messages as you pay for as long as you abide by our Terms and Conditions. However, the Netaq support team might ask you to reschedule your campaign if your chosen segment has already reached its daily limit.
Once the SMS campaign reaches its scheduled date and time, it will be sent and delivered on the spot. However, if the delivery failed, the operators will have to keep the SMS for 72 hours before notifying you of the failure because we need 2-3 days to get a fully updated and confirmed report.
No, because Netaq does not provide a phone number detail list due to its privacy policies. But you will get a full analytical breakdown in your campaign portal.
For an Arabic SMS, the character limit is 70 characters.
For a non-Arabic SMS, the character limit is 160 characters.
After creating a campaign and submitting an order, our team will review it and have it approved within 1-2 hours. We always advise our clients that it could take up to 1 working day for scheduling, data accuracy, and quotation approval.
