Update Your Account

We have outlined a step-by-step process on how to update your Netaq account.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Netaq and go to your Client Portal Dashboard

Step 2: On the left sidebar, click on the “Your Details” tab.

Step 3: Update your profile details. This includes:

  • Prefix
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Home Telephone Number
  • Work Telephone Number
  • Mobile Telephone Number
  • Company Name
  • VAT ID
  • Main Address

Step 4: If you wish to change your password, you may also do it here. If not, just leave it blank and proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button and your changes will be saved.
