This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how We collect, use, store, and protect Your data when You use the Netaq digital marketing platform("Platform"). By using the Platform, You consent to the practices described herein.

1. Who We Are

Netaq is a Saudi-based digital marketing platform enabling registered

businesses to create and manage hyperlocal campaigns using verified National Address data, demographic targeting, and WhatsApp messaging APIs.

2. Definitions

  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined by PDPL.
  • Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, or use.
  • National Address: The standardized addressing system maintained by the Saudi Post and regulated by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

3. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data to provide and improve our services:

  • Business Data: Company name, commercial registration, contact information.
  • User Data: Name, email, phone number, role within the business.
  • Campaign Inputs: Target demographic selections (age, gender, nationality, region, city, district).
  • Transactional Data: Top-up amounts, payment confirmations, and campaign approvals.
  • System Data: IP address, browser information, login timestamps.

We do not collect or store personal data of campaign recipients.

4. National Address Data

  • 4.1. Netaq integrates with the National Address system under strict regulatory oversight by SDAIA.
  • 4.2. National Address data is used solely for Campaign targeting and delivery within the Platform and is never shared, resold, or exposed to Users or third parties.

5. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for specific, legitimate purposes, including:

  • Authenticate users and accounts
  • Process payments and campaign top-ups
  • Facilitate performance dashboards and analytics
  • Communicating platform updates, issues, or promotions

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve Platform functionality and performance. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integration

  • 6.1. Third Parties: We engage approved third-party providers, such as WhatsApp Business API gateways, to deliver Campaigns. These providers are contractually obligated to comply with PDPL and access only necessary metadata.
  • 6.2. Cross-Border Transfers: Any data transfers outside Saudi Arabia comply with PDPL requirements, including adequate protection measures.
  • 6.3. No Sale: We do not sell or share Your Personal Data with third parties for marketing purposes without Your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data only for the duration of your account and for compliance with legal or financial regulations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to lawful exceptions.

8. Your Rights

Under PDPL, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of Your Personal Data.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or complete data.
  • Object to certain types of processing.
  • Request deletion of Your data, subject to legal exceptions.

  • 9.3. In the unlikely event of a data breach, We will notify You and relevant authorities as required by PDPL.

10. Policy Modifications

  • 10.1. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, regulations, or Our services. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
  • 10.2  Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
